Engagement Manager

About the role

As an Engagement Manager you will lead client projects, guiding a team of consultants to deliver high‑impact solutions. You will work directly with clients on‑site, taking ownership of project outcomes and ensuring sustainable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3‑5 consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution, from data gathering and hypothesis testing to recommendation development.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to design and implement performance‑enhancing initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high‑performing collaborative environment.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree with an excellent academic record (MBA, MPH, MPP, PhD or equivalent).
• 8+ years of consulting experience in international settings.
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
