Engineering Development Associate – Rotation Program

About the role

The Engineering Development Associate is part of the TS Operations & Engineering Rotation Program, an accelerated development track for high‑potential early‑career professionals. In the first rotation you will join the Engineering organization, work on real business challenges, and deliver innovative solutions for global customers while gaining hands‑on experience across engineering and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering projects from concept through implementation and validation.
• Apply data‑driven problem solving to improve products, processes, and business outcomes.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management.
• Support product development, testing, and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Participate in customer‑focused engineering initiatives to meet performance and quality requirements.
• Analyze technical challenges and recommend practical, effective solutions.
• Present project results, insights, and recommendations to engineering and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 1‑3 years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related technical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a quick learning curve.
• Practical experience with CAD tools and finite element analysis (FEA) simulation.
• Knowledge of AI‑enabled tools and data analytics.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
