Engineering Supervisor – Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Supervisor for the Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort to lead the maintenance team in delivering reliable facility operations and guest services.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, equipment and calibrate controls, gauges and meters.
• Conduct life‑safety checks including fire‑pump and generator run tests, inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Manage inventory, order parts, maintain purchase order logs and ensure proper stock of supplies.
• Operate power lifts, locate and operate shut‑off valves, and perform routine inspections of tools and machinery.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff while upholding safety and security policies.
• Respond to guest repair requests and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of related engineering or maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Required skills

• Preventative maintenance and equipment calibration.
• Inventory management and parts ordering.
• Operation of power lifts and shut‑off valves.
• Life‑safety system testing (fire‑pump, generator, sprinkler, alarm).
