English Customer Service Advisor - UK Retail Project

About the role

Foundever Rabat is hiring English-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a dedicated team supporting a leading UK retail brand. The role involves handling inbound Level 1 calls from UK customers in a dynamic, international environment. Positions are limited, so early applications are encouraged.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound Level 1 calls from UK retail customers
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and basic support requests
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns and general retail enquiries
• Provide a high-quality customer experience with professionalism, empathy and accuracy
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, effective solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems
• Follow company procedures and maintain high service standards

Required profile

• High school diploma (Baccalaureate) or higher
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Strong communication, active listening and problem-solving skills
• Professional, calm and customer-oriented mindset
