About the role
We are seeking an English-speaking Recruiter to join Ladgov Corporation (Africa). The successful candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire top technical talent across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with current and future staffing needs.
- Screen, assess and interview candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop and implement recruiting strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
Required skills
- Experience using an ATS, preferably JazzHR.
