Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the role

Deliverect is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to act as the strategic anchor for our enterprise customers. You will ensure they achieve maximum value from our API‑first platform, driving adoption, loyalty, and revenue growth while bridging the gap between customers and internal product and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to build long‑term relationships, guiding enterprise clients through success milestones and product adoption.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Enterprise Account Managers and Support teams to resolve complex issues and advocate for new features with the Product team.
• Monitor customer usage, leverage data to demonstrate value, and identify opportunities to improve health and adoption rates.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical and non‑technical queries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal management to sustain revenue growth.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and French.
• 2+ years in a customer‑facing role such as Customer Support, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data analysis tools to assess customer health and devise solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Exceptional communication skills to build trust with stakeholders across departments.
