Equipment Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Equipment Engineer to join our Equipment Engineering Department. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production equipment across our manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support equipment selection and technical evaluation, preparing specifications and assessing supplier proposals.
• Lead installation, commissioning, and qualification activities, coordinating with contractors and production teams.
• Develop and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs for reactors, centrifuges, distillation systems, pumps, and automated production lines.
• Analyze equipment performance, drive optimization projects, and implement automation upgrades, corrosion‑resistance improvements, and energy‑efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive equipment documentation and contribute to reliability improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Proven experience in equipment lifecycle management within an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret maintenance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work with cross‑functional teams.
