ERP Support Consultant – Myfactory

About the role

As an ERP Support Consultant for Myfactory, you will be the first point of contact for customers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, helping them resolve technical and functional issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will work closely with development teams, continuously expand your product knowledge, and contribute to the improvement of support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide intensive support via phone, email and ticket system for Myfactory users.
• Maintain and increase customer satisfaction through timely and effective assistance.
• Update and maintain the knowledge base and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to relay feedback and issues.
• Test, reproduce and analyse reported problems independently.
• Continuously broaden expertise across the full Myfactory product portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SME business processes and workflows.
• Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably with further education in business administration.
• Good grasp of business applications and ERP solutions.
• Strong interest in IT and technology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable, high‑commitment personality with a customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Magento (or similar webshop platform).
• Shopware.
• SOAP and REST API integration.
• SQL Server (query writing and troubleshooting).
• Microsoft 365 email administration.
• Azure cloud services.
• Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system knowledge.
