Key responsibilities

• Deliver massages and aesthetic treatments (body and facial) following established protocols.
• Ensure each client feels professionally cared for and advise on suitable products and additional services.
• Maintain punctuality for appointments and verify schedules after each session.
• Answer client questions courteously and meet their expectations.
• Participate actively in the spa’s daily operations and contribute to its continuous improvement.
• Uphold high‑end service standards, impeccable hygiene, and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Manage the upkeep of supplies, laboratories, and staff areas.
