Ethics and Compliance Expert Iberia

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Expert for the Iberia region to join its global team. You will help shape and implement the ethics and compliance strategy, ensuring the company meets its regulatory and ethical obligations while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute proactively to the strategy for the assigned ethics and compliance sub‑function and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide timely advice and support to business development initiatives and ensure customer needs are met with high ethical standards.
• Take ownership of a functional or geographical scope, overseeing compliance risk assessment, policy development, training, communications, and confidential reporting mechanisms.
• Manage third‑party risk, support M&A due diligence, and coordinate corporate compliance investigations.
• Help establish standards based on global policies, applicable laws, and local industry codes.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Business or a related field, preferably at Master level.
• 5–7 years of experience in compliance, legal or related functions within multinational companies.
• Proven track record implementing and monitoring compliance programmes.
• Expertise in at least two core areas such as human rights, trade compliance, data privacy or competition law.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or French, with strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
