About the role

The European Union‑funded project “Support to visibility, strategic communication, public and cultural diplomacy of the EU in Morocco” is looking for a non‑principal expert in event management and logistics. The expert will join NTU International’s team to design, organise and oversee events that promote EU‑Morocco partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute workshops, conferences and public events in Morocco.
• Manage logistical aspects including venue selection, catering, transport, equipment and on‑site technical support.
• Supervise and liaise with external service providers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with EU funding rules and project timelines.
• Prepare post‑event reports and evaluate impact.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum Bac+3) in event management, communication, tourism, hospitality or related field; alternatively 6 years relevant experience without a degree.
• Fluent French; Arabic, Moroccan Darija and English are assets.
• At least 3 years general experience in event organisation or logistics, with a minimum of 1 year dedicated to workshop coordination.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Experience negotiating and coordinating with multiple vendors.
• Knowledge of EU procurement and reporting standards.
