About the role

We are seeking three senior road‑safety experts to design and deliver high‑impact training for senior officials and managers. The experts will work as independent consultants for SFORHET, providing strategic, technical, and communication‑focused modules on road‑safety governance, infrastructure safety, and behavioural change.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt training curricula based on national or regional road‑safety strategies.
• Facilitate interactive workshops using simulations, role‑plays, and group work.
• Provide expert advice on policy formulation, infrastructure safety audits, and public‑awareness campaigns.
• Document training outcomes and produce reference reports for client validation.

Required profile

• Doctorate or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, public policy, transport, civil engineering, communication, psychology or related fields.
• Minimum 15 years of experience for governance and technical tracks; minimum 7 years for communication track.
• At least 15 completed road‑safety projects, including training, research, strategy development, standards creation, or campaign design.
• Proven experience delivering training to senior managers and public officials.
