About the role
We are looking for motivated agents to join our call centre in Marrakech. The main mission is to schedule appointments with French‑speaking clients in France for structural inspections.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by phone and arrange appointments for roof‑structure checks.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled visits in the company system.
- Follow scripts and quality standards to ensure a professional and courteous interaction.
- Collaborate with the supervisory team to meet daily and weekly targets.
Required profile
- Strong command of French (written and spoken).
- Good listening skills and a friendly, relational attitude.
- Previous experience in a call‑centre environment is a plus.
- Team‑player mindset with a positive outlook.

What we offer
- Permanent (CDI) or fixed‑term (CDD) contract with social security (CNSS).
- Comprehensive training before starting.
- Fixed working hours (9:00‑13:00, 14:00‑19:00) with weekends off.
- Net salary of 7,800 MAD plus performance‑based bonuses.
