Facilities Analyst

About the role

The Facilities Analyst supports the Facilities Central Team by handling administrative services such as permits, contract and vendor management, and financial tracking. This role ensures smooth logistical operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate permits, NTC processes, messenger services, and employee transfers.
• Manage specialized shared services including PEZA renewals and concessionaire selection.
• Forecast and update the central budget and expense reports.
• Prepare monitoring and data‑gathering reports for senior management.
• Oversee food‑vendor performance, conduct concessionaire surveys, and manage related contracts.
• Track third‑party contractor deployment, schedule adherence, and consumable usage.
• Supervise off‑site storage facilities and usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Business Management.
• 2‑3 years of administration experience, ideally in a call‑center or BPO environment.
• Familiarity with building and facilities administration.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology.
