F&B Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor ensures that the service team works together to deliver optimal guest experiences at The Ritz-Carlton in Rabat. This role oversees staff appearance, opening and closing duties, inventory management, and maintains safety and quality standards throughout the dining areas.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor staff teamwork, grooming, attire, and address any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the venue.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO compliance, and cleanliness.
• Conduct scheduled inventories, manage stock, and requisition supplies as needed.
• Oversee dining room operations, ensuring seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and report safety incidents.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and protect confidential information and assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related Food & Beverage experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
