Field Sales – LCL OFR (Logistics)

About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding as a Field Sales professional focused on LCL (Less than Container Load) offers. You will be responsible for driving sales growth across Morocco by identifying prospects, presenting tailored freight solutions, and closing deals that align with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed business plans to achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Present DHL freight products and services to prospective clients.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned customers to understand and anticipate their logistics requirements.
• Update sales data and CRM records consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within logistics or freight forwarding.
• Graduated from a recognized business school.
• Strong knowledge of the local Moroccan market and customer landscape.
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software (experience with any CRM platform is a plus).
