Field Service Engineer – Food Sorting Systems

About the role

Join TOMRA Food’s dynamic field team as a Field Service Engineer, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of cutting‑edge food sorting equipment across Morocco. Based in Casablanca, you will travel extensively to customer sites, primarily in Agadir and Rabat, delivering hands‑on technical support and training.

Key responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, installation, testing, integration and optimisation of sorting machines.
• Diagnose equipment faults, execute corrective repairs and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Provide on‑site training to customers on operation and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain detailed field reports and support administrative follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal departments to continuously improve customer support processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering.
• Qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g., Qualification en Électricité d’Installation).
• Proven experience in on‑site preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial customers.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Spanish or French is a plus.
• Valid driving licence with a clean record; VCA certification is advantageous.
