Field Service Engineer – Food Sorting Systems

About the role

Join TOMRA Food as a Field Service Engineer responsible for the installation, commissioning, optimisation and maintenance of advanced food sorting systems across Morocco. Based in Casablanca, you will travel extensively to customer sites in Agadir, Rabat and other locations, ensuring reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver field service projects on time and within cost targets.
• Install, commission and adjust TOMRA Food sorting equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose equipment issues, perform corrective repairs and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Integrate and optimise sorting systems to meet performance specifications.
• Provide training to customers on operation and maintenance procedures.
• Prepare detailed field reports to support administrative follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering.
• Qualification in Electrical Installation.
• Proven experience in on‑site preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial customers.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Spanish or French is a plus.
• Valid driving licence with a good record.
• VCA safety certification is advantageous.
