Field Service Engineer

About the role

Join our dynamic team at TOMRA Food as a Field Service Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting‑edge food sorting systems. The role involves commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, training, and repair activities primarily in Morocco, with travel to Agadir and Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently deliver field service work to meet cost and time objectives.
• Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines to exceed customer expectations.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes.
• Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on operations and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed field reports for administrative follow‑up.
• Travel domestically up to 80‑90% of the time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering.
• Qualification in Electrical Installation.
• Proven experience in on‑site preventive and corrective maintenance supporting industrial customers.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (Spanish and French are an advantage).
• Valid driving licence with a good record.
• VCA certification is a plus.
