About the role
We are looking for a senior Finance & Administration Manager who will also act as Office Manager for our Casablanca office. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the leadership team by overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and day‑to‑day office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, manage budgets and control expenses.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement and contract management.
- Administer payroll and maintain accurate employee and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and process improvement.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance and administrative leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting and expense control.
- Experience managing office administration and staff supervision.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and vendor management.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Experience using accounting software.
- Knowledge of Odoo (a plus).
