Finance Analyst – Meknes Plant

About the role

Join Lear's Meknes plant as a Finance Analyst and help drive financial performance and strategic planning. You will work closely with operations to meet budget targets, strengthen internal controls, and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the operations team in meeting plant budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Achieve material and variable margin targets while controlling scrap and inventory.
• Monitor and follow up on CAPEX receptions and ensure alignment with approved purchase orders.
• Provide daily financial and operational KPI reports to BP&A.
• Support external audit processes and communications.
• Improve customer pricing control, overdue follow‑up, and margin analysis.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance or Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good financial knowledge and understanding of budgeting and cost control.
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
