Finance Analyst – Plant Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support plant operations at TE Connectivity. The role will manage accounting functions, forecast financial data and develop financial plans, reports and policies for a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain master data (material masters, routings, standard costs) in SAP, manage standard cost roll‑outs and ensure data integrity.
• Analyse material usage variances and purchase price variance, identify root causes and drive corrective actions with operations.
• Assist in annual budgeting, lead monthly forecast preparation, track variances and provide commentary.
• Ensure compliance with capital assets policy, prepare fixed‑asset reports, lead physical counts and manage inter‑company asset transfers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or Industrial Engineering with a finance focus.
• 3‑4 years of finance or controlling experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial plant.
• Experience with costing, variance analysis or fixed‑asset accounting in a production setting.
• Exposure to international or multi‑site environments is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP FI/CO (mandatory) and SAP master data management.
• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI, VBA/macros or other BI reporting tools.
