Finance Assistant Internship

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Assistant intern to support our Admin & Finance Manager in daily financial operations. This role offers the chance to work on global projects that promote sustainable IT while gaining hands‑on experience in accounting and cash management.

Key responsibilities

• Process and prepare financial and business forms to verify account balances.
• Identify and reconcile discrepancies by communicating with suppliers and clients.
• Answer supplier and client inquiries related to payments and invoices.
• Review and audit financial statements and reports for accuracy.
• Assist in the annual accounting closing process.
• Manage daily cash flow and record expense reports.
• Participate in bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the sales team to gather supporting documents for invoicing.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Recent graduate or junior candidate in finance.
• Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
• Strong sense of organization and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Fundamental finance and accounting knowledge.
