Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director serves as the strategic financial leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support brand initiatives and drive profitable performance. This role partners with senior management to align financial planning with overall business objectives and ensures robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies to improve profit, evaluate cost‑benefit opportunities, and support brand initiatives.
• Create, manage, and monitor the annual operating budget, forecast sales versus expenses, and analyze variances.
• Lead the finance team, oversee internal, external and regulatory audits, and maintain strong internal controls and compliance.
• Provide analytical support to senior management, communicate financial performance to owners and stakeholders, and identify cost‑saving and productivity opportunities.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or a master’s degree) with relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience (or 1 year with a master’s degree).
