Finance Manager

About the role

LEONI Cable Maroc SARL is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and tax regulations. The role will support the company's growth in the automotive and energy sectors by ensuring accurate reporting and effective financial control.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS, local GAAP and tax law.
• Determine and value balance‑sheet items in line with national and international accounting standards.
• Conduct monthly plausibility checks of P&L and balance‑sheet results.
• Manage payroll and related provisions such as vacation, overtime, bonuses and pensions.
• Oversee accounting for fixed assets, accounts receivable and accounts payable, including payment processing and bank reconciliations.
• Lead legal entity budgeting and mid‑term planning for P&L and balance‑sheet forecasts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations and payroll processing.
