About the role
The Financial Controller will lead controlling activities and provide ad‑hoc analysis to support business units and senior management. You will be responsible for month‑end closing, financial reporting and building models that drive decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Handle ad‑hoc controlling requests and perform in‑depth financial analysis.
- Investigate variances, explain performance and support cost controlling and budget monitoring.
- Build and maintain financial models and dashboards.
- Participate in month‑end closing and prepare monthly reports (P&L, cost centers, KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy across reporting tools and coordinate with accounting to meet deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
