Fitness Center Coach

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fitness Center Coach to lead group classes and provide personalized fitness guidance to guests of all ability levels. The role combines instruction, safety oversight, and a welcoming atmosphere to help members achieve their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes such as aerobics, spinning, and strength training.
• Advise individuals on proper use of fitness equipment and develop personalized exercise programs.
• Maintain a fun, relaxed environment and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor the facility, respond to emergencies, and assist injured guests until medical help arrives.
• Clean and maintain equipment, report faults, and coordinate maintenance.
• Document accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions, and follow all safety protocols.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance, and confidentiality of information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a fitness or recreation setting.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
