Flight Care Executive

About the role

Jet Luxe, a luxury travel brand founded in 2020 and active in the private aviation sector, is hiring a Flight Care Executive in Casablanca. The role is the first point of contact for clients, building relationships and handling all client interactions with professionalism, clarity and empathy. It involves coordinating catering, travel arrangements for staff and crew, and liaising with the Sales team and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the first point of contact and representing Jet Luxe to its clientele
• Handle all client communications, including inquiries, issue resolution and information requests
• Build, order and execute catering orders, coordinating with clients on preferences and dietary restrictions and working with Flight Ambassadors to deliver an on-board experience
• Organize travel logistics for staff and crew, including commercial tickets and hotel reservations
• Maintain detailed oversight of clients' flight details and account information
• Work closely with the Sales team so that client needs are met and service delivery is aligned
• Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Finance and Marketing

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in a client service role
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in Spanish and French is highly desirable
• Experience in private aviation is advantageous
• Experience in an office setting, not only flying duties, and exposure to the luxury industry
• Ability to work shift schedules and to work both independently and within a team
• Must be based in Casablanca, Morocco

Required skills

• Strong understanding of aviation operations and their constraints, including flight schedules, regulatory requirements, aircraft capabilities, safety protocols and ground operations
• Attention to detail, problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Ability to adapt to constant or last-minute changes
