Flying Proximity Engineer – Kenitra

About the role

The Flying Proximity Engineer will be the first‑level contact for any update‑related issues arising during vehicle modernization projects. Based in Kenitra, you will ensure processes are followed, tools are correctly used, and timely communication is maintained across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first‑level point of contact for update‑related issues identified during modernization activities.
• Verify that established processes, tools, software, and methodologies are correctly applied by update teams.
• Analyze reported issues and decide if escalation to the FL Referent is required.
• Manage and monitor modernization tickets, including software updates, issue analysis, and task assignment.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports, status updates, tags, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain an overview of modernization team performance, highlighting efficiency, challenges, and operational risks.
• Issue flash communications and operational alerts when necessary.
• Coordinate communication between the modernization team and the GV team.
• Provide operational support to ensure timely resolution of update‑related issues.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electronics or Embedded Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with ticket management systems and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently across multiple sites.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
