Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all F&B operations at the Rabat Marriott Hotel, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service areas. Reporting to senior hotel management, the role ensures guest satisfaction, employee engagement and achievement of financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring quality standards and brand service culture.
• Develop, monitor and control budgets, cost‑management indices and financial performance for kitchen and restaurant departments.
• Lead, coach and schedule the F&B team, covering all positions and stepping in during absences.
• Handle guest feedback promptly, maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable food‑and‑beverage laws, regulations and health‑safety standards.
• Create and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of relevant F&B or culinary experience, OR a two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least two years of experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs and meet financial objectives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team motivation and development.
