Food Server

About the role

TUI is looking for a friendly and attentive Food Server to join its on‑site team in Marrakesh. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them enjoy a seamless dining experience from the moment they are seated.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, answer questions and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring tables are properly set, clean and well‑maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver orders efficiently and in line with health and safety standards.
• Handle payment transactions and respond to guest requests throughout their visit.
• Assist with basic food preparation, buffet setup and maintain hygiene standards.
• Support the team in creating a collaborative, guest‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with a focus on creating welcoming experiences.
• Experience or knowledge of food‑and‑beverage operations and basic menu understanding.
• Clear, professional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Marrakesh, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail regarding cleanliness, presentation and health‑safety compliance.
• Prior hospitality experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well in a diverse team.
