About the role

The Office of Vocational Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT) seeks three internal candidates to serve as Formateur Animateur en pédagogie. The role supports OFPPT trainers in acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training engineering tasks related to the assigned sector.
• Develop pedagogical guides and training materials.
• Assist training institutions in implementing training programmes.
• Support institutions with equipment and material provisioning.
• Deliver training and professional development sessions for trainers.
• Provide technical‑pedagogical support to new recruits and staff undergoing career changes.
• Create competency assessment tools and carry out evaluations.
• Lead organisational, training, and HR projects.

Required profile

• Current OFPPT employee (permanent staff).
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Education Sciences, French Studies, Psychology, Linguistics, Information Sciences, Communication, or a related field granting access to civil service grade 11.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in pedagogical activities.
• Strong command of French; English proficiency is an asset.
• Familiarity with innovative pedagogical approaches and soft‑skill training.
