FP&A Analyst – Operations Finance

About the role

Join TE Connectivity as an FP&A Analyst supporting global Operations and Supply Chain finance activities. You will deliver accurate analysis, standardized reporting, and actionable insights that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly Operations financial reports with performance insights and trend analysis.
• Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, highlighting risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Support forecasting, annual planning, and outlook processes through financial analysis and data validation.
• Monitor key operational metrics such as volume, productivity, material costs, freight spend, inventory, and working capital.
• Partner with regional finance teams, controllers, and Operations leaders to understand performance drivers.
• Act as finance business partner to the Global Quality organization, providing financial recommendations.
• Consolidate Operations financial results across regions and support management reporting and business reviews.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data, reporting, and planning submissions.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes.

Required profile

• Strong partnership skills with Central Operations Finance, Supply Chain Controllers, and regional finance teams.
• Effective financial communication and storytelling abilities.
• Curiosity about operations and supply chain processes.
• Willingness to seek feedback and coaching from senior finance leaders.
• Commitment to a collaborative, high‑performance Operations Finance culture.
