Francophone Customer Support Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is expanding its global support team and seeks a bilingual French‑English professional to deliver high‑quality assistance to French‑speaking customers. This full‑time remote position offers the chance to grow within an international, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, account, and other customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
• Document all customer contacts and updates accurately using the company’s CRM and support platforms.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and proficient English.
• At least 1 year of experience in remote customer service, BPO, call centre, e‑commerce or a similar field.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet home workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
