Freelance Editorial Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Editorial Graphic Designer to support a key client’s print and digital publications. The professional will translate raw assets, copy, and product data into polished multi‑page layouts that strictly follow the client’s brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative direction, grid systems, style sheets and cover designs for catalogs, brochures and leaflets.
• Organise, format and typeset large volumes of technical specifications, images and pricing tables.
• Prepare print‑ready PDFs and high‑quality digital flipbooks, ensuring compliance with pre‑press standards.
• Conduct technical production checks, including image resolution, CMYK colour profiles, bleeds, margins and ink limits.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience in editorial and multi‑page print design.
• Fluent written and spoken English; all communication and deliverables will be in English.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including master pages, styles and long‑document management.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image correction.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for vector elements.
• Solid understanding of print production, pre‑press workflow and CMYK colour management.
