French and English speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

Mindy‑Support is looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join its remote team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage warranty claims, and provide clear information on protection plans for customers in the United States and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding warranty coverage, product support and general inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on technician visits, schedule appointments and clarify claim details.
• Log and report new claims accurately, ensuring all required information is captured.
• Provide clear explanations of protection plans, warranty services and the claims process.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department and document all interactions in the system.
• Assist the Team Leader with additional tasks to meet daily operational goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support.
• Fluent French (C1) and English (C1) – both written and spoken.
• Experience supporting customers based in the US and Canada.
• Basic knowledge of Canadian geography and regional differences.
• Strong organizational, problem‑resolution and communication skills.

• Remote full‑time position (Mon‑Fri 09:00‑18:00 EST).
• Compensation: $800/month during a 3‑month probation, then $800 + $50 KPI bonus + $25 internet allowance.
