French Bilingual Outbound Sales Executive (Corporate & Events)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑bilingual Outbound Sales Executive to generate new business for corporate, wedding, and private events. Working remotely, you will focus on cold outreach, multi‑channel follow‑ups, and building trust with prospects to secure bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to corporate and private‑event prospects.
• Conduct persistent follow‑ups via phone and email across multiple channels.
• Schedule qualified appointments and discovery calls for the internal sales team.
• Utilise existing lead‑generation platforms to identify and target high‑potential prospects.
• Conduct sales conversations fluently in both French and English.
• Build rapport quickly to secure event bookings.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales support.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Available to work during Montreal business hours (EST).
• Resilient, results‑oriented attitude with a strong focus on closing deals.
• Proficiency with lead‑generation and CRM tools.
