About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring fast, clear, and courteous service that enhances the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through chat and email channels.
• Answer customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, easy‑to‑understand solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to help improve processes and the customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
