French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global e-commerce team. In this remote position you will assist customers from Spanish-speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering clear, friendly and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step-by-step and resolve inquiries.
• Accurately log all interactions in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce tools.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
