French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly, professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support to French‑ and English‑speaking customers through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and ensure resolutions are documented.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and identify recurring trends.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and share feedback for process improvement.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar help‑desk platforms.
• Experience using Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
