French Sales Agent (Forex)

About the role

Falcon Funded is seeking a French‑speaking Sales Agent to engage inbound leads through chat. You will represent a fast‑growing funding platform that empowers traders, helping them access capital, tools, and structured support to succeed in the financial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct French chat‑based conversations with potential inbound leads.
• Use provided scripts as a foundation while tailoring the approach to each customer’s needs.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of proven success in chat‑based sales or comparable sales experience.
• Fluent French for client communication and a good level of English for internal coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Mandatory knowledge of Forex trading.
• Self‑starter with responsibility and the ability to work independently.
