French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering solutions and clear information through voice calls and live chat while building trust and ensuring every customer feels heard.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions accurately to maintain seamless service.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with the remote team, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and genuinely motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a remote team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
• Personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload and download).
• Quiet, professional workspace for calls.
