French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering support via phone calls and live chat while helping to build confidence in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly assistance in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills
