FSR Account Manager

About the role

The FSR Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long‑term relationships with senior decision makers across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by understanding client needs and aligning them with the organisation’s product and service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain high‑level relationships with senior‑level decision makers and influencers at assigned accounts.
• Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Create demand for the organisation’s products and services by raising their profile with customers.
• Achieve revenue targets by increasing spend per account and expanding the scope of existing contracts.
• Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers’ senior management to understand needs and link them to product/service strategies.
• Operate within the Account/Relationship Management function, either as a generalist or in a combination of related disciplines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account or relationship management, preferably with senior‑level client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and meet revenue targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
