Fullstack Engineer (Kotlin / Vue)

About the role

A2MAC1, a global provider of automotive benchmarking and data analytics, is looking for a Fullstack Engineer (Kotlin / Vue) to join its growing tech team in Casablanca. You will build and evolve digital platforms, working across backend and frontend in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and report directly to the Engineering Manager (AI/Ops).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fullstack applications using Kotlin and Vue.
• Design, build and maintain APIs and backend services.
• Build modern, responsive and maintainable frontend components.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Frontend and Data/AI teams.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security and reliability.
• Take part in code reviews, architecture discussions and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices and code quality.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a production-grade fullstack environment.
• Proven Kotlin backend development experience.
• Vue.js and modern frontend development experience.
• REST API design and maintenance experience.
• Relational databases and/or MongoDB.
• CI/CD, Docker and containerized deployment; cloud services, preferably Azure.
• Agile/Scrum familiarity.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Spring Boot, Ktor, reactive programming, Angular or React.
• Observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus or Grafana.
• Message queues, Redis, event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based systems.
