Function Safety Designer

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is seeking a Function Safety Designer to join its automotive engineering team in Rabat. The role focuses on defining and maintaining functional safety requirements and ensuring robust electrical and electronic architecture designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design functional requirements and maintain the Electrical and Electronic Architecture Design dossier (DCEE) using ENOVIA.
• Develop functional architecture models in CATIA and manage product diversity.
• Address questions from deliverable consumers to guarantee system compatibility and compliance.
• Lead technical review meetings and conduct root‑cause analysis of issues reported in PLM.
• Propose functional solutions, write technical notes, and generate Technical Function Design (TFD) documentation.
• Prepare and present technical review reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in electronic or embedded systems engineering.
• Strong experience in functional safety and system design.
• Proven leadership and ability to collaborate with project stakeholders.

Required skills
