Genesys Cloud Architect – Remote (Morocco)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Genesys Cloud Architect to join our remote team serving clients across Morocco. The role involves providing expert consultancy on Genesys solutions, designing and maintaining cloud‑based contact‑center architectures, and ensuring high availability and disaster‑recovery readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for Genesys Cloud services and contact‑center projects.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot integration and cloud solutions for complex contact‑center environments.
• Implement routing strategies using Genesys Routing (IRD/URS), Composer, and ORS.
• Automate deployment and migration tasks and support high‑availability configurations.
• Collaborate with clients to translate requirements into robust system architectures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cloud Computing or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Genesys Cloud services and contact‑center implementations.
• Relevant certifications (Genesys Cloud, VMware, Network, Security) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of system and network architecture.

Required skills

• Genesys Cloud, Genesys Routing (IRD/URS), Genesys Composer, Genesys ORS.
• Cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) on public cloud platforms.
• Programming/scripting: Java, Golang, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bash, PowerShell.
• VMware, network and security fundamentals.
• Disaster‑recovery planning, high‑availability design, automation of deployments.
