Graduate Finance Analyst – ANAPEC Program

About the role

STMicroelectronics is seeking a recent graduate to join its Finance team through the ANAPEC program. The role offers a unique blend of accounting operations and business controlling, giving you a 360° view of how finance supports business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly financial performance reviews and KPI monitoring.
• Participate in budget, forecast, and planning cycles.
• Create dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze variances between actual results, forecasts, and budgets.
• Assist operational teams in understanding performance drivers.
• Contribute to product and segment profitability analysis.
• Support cost‑optimization initiatives through data analysis.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly regulatory reports for external institutions (e.g., HCP, Office des Changes, Bank Al‑Maghrib, Ministry of Economy and Finance).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Operations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in numbers, business, and data‑driven decision making.
• Curious, proactive, and digital‑savvy.
• Eager to make an impact from day one.
