Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

AJYGO, an Estonia‑based travel technology company, is launching a next‑generation ground transportation marketplace. They are seeking a results‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute customer acquisition strategies for travelers, drivers, and transportation partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies, including Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, acquisition funnels, and landing pages.
• Define and implement SEO tactics, manage multi‑channel digital campaigns, and create content for lead generation.
• Implement CRM workflows, marketing automation, and configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Track conversion rates, CAC, ROI, build dashboards, and report performance.
• Design experiments to discover scalable acquisition channels, referral and retention programs, and support international expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing with a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently from strategy through execution.
• Strong command of English; experience in travel tech, marketplaces, mobility or SaaS is a plus.
