About the role

As a Guest Experience & Concierge Administrator you will be the front‑line ambassador for Four Seasons Casablanca, ensuring every guest, resident and partner receives the luxury service the brand promises. Working in a seaside hotel that blends historic charm with modern design, you will support seamless guest interactions and administrative processes that keep the property running at the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized greetings and assistance to guests throughout their stay.
• Handle administrative tasks related to guest reservations, inquiries and special requests.
• Offer concierge services, including recommendations for dining, local attractions and transportation.
• Coordinate with food‑and‑beverage, spa and housekeeping teams to fulfill guest needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
